We had Michael and Josue come out to look our circuit. These were two of the kindest individuals you may ever meet! They were intelligent, efficient, friendly, and powerful communicators. Dear Crest, do WHATEVER it takes to keep these two in your company. If we ever have any issues again, we only want these two to come to our home. Give them a raise or a bonus because they're worth it!

Very prompt and reliable service. I submitted the warranty request and within a few days it was serviced accurately. Ryan is very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my questions patiently and politely responded to all of them. Overall it was great customer experience.

Alex and two installers showed on time and did an awesome job installing 240 volt 60 amp service for our hot tub. Everything met and exceeded my expectations and the attention to detail was top notch. Alex did the majority of the work and I can truly say Alex is a man of his word and will go above and beyond to ensure it was right and at the price quoted. I’m very pleased with with the whole experience and would highly recommend Alex and Crest Electric to everyone in know.

Andrew and Sergio double checked loose grounds in my breaker box, analyzed seal and weep holes outside to mitigate static flaring, helped me fix flickering lights and were courteous and professional. Sometimes it takes the right people. I had crest come out two times before and none of their crews were able to solve my problems. Not until Andrew and Sergio came out were they fixed. Good people.

Alex came in and repaired a wire that I accidentally drilled into mounting a television. Crest was able to get him out on short notice. After arriving on time, he did a great job finding the repair to minimize damage to the wall. He got the wire replaced quickly for a reasonable price and even went the extra mile to install the TV mount to ensure no additional mishaps. Great, friendly service with an expert level of knowledge and care taken to assess the best approach!

Jeff, performed a great job. Very professional and dedicated to his work. He fixed our electrical issues in a heart beat and at the end he made sure everything was clean and spotless! They did the electrical work at my house when it was first built and have not had any major issues. One breaker did go out but they sent a wonderful technician named Jesus Sanchez. He provided great customer service and informed how the electrical system worked at my house

Alex and his assistant got the job done quickly and efficiently. They installed a new outdoor floodlight and a whole house surge protector in our garage. He thoughtfully installed the protector at eye level so both lights can be seen from across the room. Alex is the most highly qualified and knowledgeable electrician I have ever met. If you have any not so run-of-the-mill questions, he is your guy. He knows everything. I would request him for any of our electrical needs. If your experience is anything like ours, you will not regret it.
